Remember to provide as much detail as possible to help us replicate the issue. Helpful information would include OS Version, Axis 360 Build #, where did the error occur (Magic Wall, Title Detail, Accounts, in the content of the book/audio). What action was being performed (return, remove, renew, checkout, place on hold). Was the patron connected to WiFi or Cellular and whether they were on a Public or Private network.
